No Correct Planning:
If the business is small or big planning is very important, when it comes to planning do not think like it is going to be a very big theory to put down. You will have to write just the way you are going to do the business, who is involved in the business, and the budget. Finally, there should be a target set, first set the short-term target, then a mid-term target, and an along-term target. Most of the businesses nowadays don’t have this plan with them, even if they have it they don’t work accordingly, it becomes a mess. You should always make sure that you stick to your business plan.
Not Treating The Customers Properly:
It is your product or service that is going to make the customer happy end of the day, for that you as a business owner should create a customer base for your product or service and then treat them well. A business owner can be happy in two ways.
